databases on Travel Characteristics Survey (TCS) 2011 and 2022 for your
academic research. Please note that TCS 2022 has been completed early this
year that the database would not be available in a short period of time
while the associated databases on TCS 2011 would be available.

Please be informed that the associated databases on TCS 2011 could be
released to you on condition that it is used for the sole purpose of
carrying out your academic research.

To this end, I enclose for your completion and signing a form of
undertaking in respect of the associated databases on TCS 2011. I also
attach for your attention a file containing the terms and conditions for
using the materials. I should be grateful if you could e-mail us scanned
PDF file of your duly completed and signed form of undertaking to the

confirmation on erasure of materials upon completion of the research. I
should be grateful if you could send your signed form to our office in due
course.
