Dear Security Bureau,

I am writing to enquire how many appeals/petitions were received, determined and allowed respectively by the Torture Claims Appeal Board (TCAB) in quarter 3, 2018.

Also, among the non-refoulement claims that were substantiated in the same quarter, how many were substantiated by the TCAB?

How many outstanding appeals/petitions relating to non-refoulement claims were there as of 30 September 2018?

Thank you.

Yours sincerely,
Annie Li
