Burkinis at LCSD Swimming Pools and Beaches
Dear Leisure and Cultural Services Department,
I would like to ask whether women can wear burkinis at LCSD swimming pools and beaches. On your website, it says that swimmers can put on a clean white t-shirt. Burkinis are not always white, and for religious reasons come with a pair of pants.
