Dear Immigration Department,

I am writing to inquire the following:

- The number of employers of migrant domestic workers arrested for violations of the Immigration Ordinance in the fourth quarter of 2019; and
- The number of employers of migrant domestic workers prosecuted for violations of the Immigration Ordinance in the fourth quarter of 2019.

I would appreciate if you could attach your reply in pdf format.

Ordinance for illegally employing foreign domestic helpers (FDHs) or
instructing FDHs to perform non-domestic duties, or aiding or abetting
FDHs in making false representations to officers of the Immigration
Department for obtaining employment visas are attached below, please.
