Kong’s education system.

Application No. 63/2020
I refer to your application under the Code on Access to Information dated
28 August 2020, which was referred from the Immigration Department to the
Education Bureau on 9 September 2020.  

As there is always movement of children of non-refoulement claimants, such
as departure from Hong Kong, the Education Bureau does not have
information on the number of these children enrolled in the Hong Kong
education system.
