Regarding "Stops" conducted by the ImmD
Dear Immigration Department,
I am writing to make a data access request regarding the “Stop” enforcement mentioned in the Annual Report Appendix (https://www.immd.gov.hk/publications/a_r...). May I know,
A) What does this “Stop” enforcement action entail?
B) Where does such action occur?
C) Is such action limited to those enforced by immigration department staff?
Yours faithfully,
Raquel Amador
