For the deaths that have been attributable to Covid 19 that have occurred
in 2022, can you please advise the following:
 
-Number who were vaccinated with their third shot of Covid 19 vaccination,
one day before or later -Number who were vaccinated with their second shot
of Covid 19 vaccination, one day before or later -Number who were
vaccinated with their first shot of Covid 19 vaccination, one day before
or later -Number of patients who were unvaccinated but had a Covid 19
positive test within three or less days of death -Number of patients who
were unvaccinated but had a Covid 19 positive test within four to seven
days of death -Number of patients who were unvaccinated but had a Covid 19
positive test over seven days before death -Number of deaths of patients
where vaccination status was unknown
