        We have received your application for access to information dated
25 November 2021.

2.        Please be informed that the requested information is not in the
possession of the Department of Health.  According to paragraph 1.15 of
the Code on Access to Information, if a department receives a written
request for information which is held by another department, it will
transfer the request to that department.  In this regard, we have
consulted the Access to Information Officer of Hospital Authority
regarding the captioned subject, and as advised, they do not possess the
requested information either.

I believe that the Hospital Authority should keep records of the drugs issued, for which conditions and the patient outcome. I'd be grateful if you could look further into this matter, to discover the truth.
