I am writing under the Code on Access to Information about the 1823 complaint channel. No cost-per-case series is published, so the service's efficiency claims cannot be independently checked. For each of the last three financial years — 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26:

1. What was the total operating cost of 1823, and the cost per case, and how are staff hours recorded by channel and by case type?
