interim reply on 19 July 2017, I provide herewith the updated information
for your reference.

Between the commencement of the enhanced administrative mechanism (late
2009) and June 2017, determinations have been made in 13 171
torture/non-refoulement claims, among which 99 were substantiated,
including 33 below the age of 18 as at 30 June 2017 with breakdown as

Kindly note that Immigration Department does not maintain statistics on
the age of claimants at the time of claim determination.  You may wish to
note the statistics we provided in our previous reply on 28 July 2017
indicate the age of substantiated claimants as at 30 June 2017 as
remarked.
