Dear Correctional Services Department,

I am writing to make a data access request about the number of individuals convicted of offences related to sex work (i.e. offenses under Crimes Ordinance (Cap 200) S. 139 and S.147 and the Immigration Ordinance (Cap 115) S. 38, S.41 and S., 42) and held at detention sites other than Castle Peak Bay Immigration Centre and Ma Tau Kok Detention Centre. In particular, I am referring to the sites and buildings referred to in point one of Schedule 1 to the Immigration (Places of Detention) Order, Cap 115B, on the basis of the Immigration Ordinance, Cap 115? May I know, in each of the years between 2010-20:

a) the detainee and inmate population on 31 December of each year and of those how many are individuals convicted of offences related to sex work

b) yearly admittances of inmates and detainees and of those how many are individuals convicted of offences related to sex work

If a CSV or Excel format is possible, I would greatly appreciate it.

(Cap. 200, Section 139); and

* The number of admission of persons in custody each year between
2010-2020, who were convicted of offences contrary to Immigration
Ordinance (Cap. 115, Section 38 & 42).  

Pursuant to paragraph 1.14 and 2.9(d) of the Code, we are unable to
provide the relevant information as requested.
 
You may also wish to note that, pursuant to paragraph 1.25 of the Code,
any person who believes that a department has failed to comply with any
provision of the Code may ask the department to review the situation.
 Furthermore, pursuant to paragraph 1.26 of the Code, any person who
believes that a department has failed to properly apply any provision of
