及嘉獎制度,以表揚為香港作出卓越貢獻,或致力服務香港社區和公眾而成績斐然,
或在所屬範疇出類拔萃的人士。此外,政府亦頒授英勇勳章,對個別英勇人士給予嘉
許。在香港以外地區作出的貢獻,如理據充分,亦會予以表彰。有關授勳及嘉獎制度
