Number of Summonses issued under EO and ECO
Dear Immigration Department,
I have been advised by the Labour Department in FOI #370 that your department does not keep statistics on the number of employers of migrant domestic workers arrested under the Employment Ordinance (EO) or the Employees' Compensation Ordinance. (ECO).
May I know if your department keep statistics on the number of summonses issued against employers of migrant domestic workers for violations of the EO or ECO ?
Thank you very much.
Warm Regards,
Rachel Li
