I refer to your email dated 28.4.2015 requesting a copy of the shapefile
for 2015 District Council Constituency Areas.

The district council constituency boundary maps in respect of the 2015
District Council Election published by the Electoral Affairs Commission
(EAC) include base map details and the district council constituency
boundaries.  Please advise me whether you would request for the district
council constituency boundaries only or both the district council
constituency boundaries and the base map details.
In case you wish to have the district council constituency boundaries in
shapefile format, I would like to seek your consent to transfer your
request to Electoral Affairs Commission for follow-up action.

I'm working on a project that breakdowns some GIS data by the smallest political unit in HK, which is DCCA.
The shapefile will be used in a GIS to digest data to get statistics per DCCA.

Hi,

Is the attached shape file public for anyone?

We want to use your boundary data in our app.
Our use case is:
When our users send an request with lat/lon to us, we will return location info where they are.
If it is possible, we would like to use the boundary data from your shape files to recognize where users are. So, I wonder whether we can use your data to do that?
