Item 1

Currently, the Hospital Authority (HA) Board consists of 27 Members
(including the Chairman). [1]Membership of the Authority comprises 23
non-public officers, three public officers and one principal officer (the
HA Chief Executive). 

Items 2 to 15

The HA Board Secretariat does not maintain information on COVID-19
vaccination records of HA Board Members. Hence, the information requested
under items 2 to 15 in your application is not available. According to
paragraph 1.14 of the Code on Access to Information, the Code does not
oblige departments to create a record which does not exist.

If you have any questions about this reply, please do not hesitate to
