Application No.: Lands 15/23
        Thank you for your application dated 31.1.2023 seeking access to
information relating to land information in respect of Lot No. 203 in D.D.
313L, Lot No. 783 in D.D. 313L, Lot No. 286 RP in D.D. PC, Government Land
Allocation (“GLA”) No. TIS-91/2021 and GLA No. TIS-38/2019.  Further to
the interim reply to you on 8.2.2023, this office’s substantive reply is
as follows.

2.        Having considered your application, this office would provide
you with the following information:-
(1) Lot No. 203 in D.D. 313L
Lot No. 203 in D.D. 313L is a private lot held under Block Government
Lease for a lease term of 75 years and renewable for a further term of 24
years less 3 days from 1.7.1898.  The above lease term has been extended
until 30.6.2047.

(2) Lot No. 783 in D.D. 313L
Lot No. 783 in D.D. 313L is a private lot held under Government Lease for
a lease term of 50 years from 20.4.1999.

(3) Lot No. 286 RP in D.D. PC
This office does not possess record of Lot No. 286 RP in D.D. PC.
 However, it is noted that Lot No. 286 in D.D. PC together with Lot No.
265 S.A in D.D. PC were surrendered to the Government in exchange for Lot
No. 468 in D.D. PC on 9.7.1974.  We understand that the record of Lot No.
286 in D.D. PC is available in the Land Registry.  You may consider
ordering a copy of the said record at the Land Registry’s Customer Centre
at Queensway Government Offices or any of the New Territories Search
Offices.  You may contact the Land Registry

(4) GLA No. TIS-91/2021
The areas under GLA No. TIS-91/2021 are Government lands allocated to the
Civil Engineering and Development Department for carrying out road works,
sewerage works and any ancillary works in relation to the project under
Tung Chung New Town Extension.  The allocation period is from 29.7.2021 to
30.9.2025.

(5) GLA No. TIS-38/2019
The areas under GLA No. TIS-38/2019 are Government lands allocated to the
Drainage Services Department for carrying out sewerage works and any
ancillary works in relation to the project under Outlying Islands Sewerage
Stage 2 - Peng Chau Village Sewerage Phase 2 Package 1.  The allocation
period is from 28.3.2019 to 31.1.2023 extendable for a further period of
24 months.
