Dear Legislative Council Secretariat,

I am writing to request for a list, in spreadsheet format, of all ex-officio members in the Legislative Council since its formation, which shall include -

1. the name;
2. the position of the person in the Government which he/she by virtue held the seat in the Legislative Council;
3. the starting and ending date of his/her tenue.

Legislative Council Website
