Information on costs, charges and revenue for map data
Dear Lands Department,
Can you provide information on the revenue your department gathers from selling and charging reproduction costs for digital maps and location data, and how many customers in a typical year use this service. Happy to get info from the most recent full year you have data for. If you direct me to any price lists or homepage outlining services that would be very useful too.

Many thanks for getting back to me so quickly. The attached files are very useful, but the revenue details are confusing, and I think the formatting of this message system may have misaligned it. This is the detail I received:

Can I clarify what these numbers mean? Is one of the figures for number of transactions, one for orders with user defined extent, and the other revenue? Which figures are for which, and what is the time period over?
